The Robot Pumps Slurry pump dry installed type BD4041 is designed for the continuous transport of highly abrasive solids. Natural low wear is experienced in vortex pumps and also wear is further reduced by using NI Hard 4 for all the hydraulic components. This heavy duty BD4041 model is perfect for slurry applications by ready mix concrete factories, bentonite, construction industry, cement or drilling and grinding dust. The recessed Ni-Hard 4 vortex impeller leaves a wide unobstructed passage through the volute in which a strong vortex is created that carries most of the abrasives and fibrous materials. For each application the correct speed and motor size can be selected between IEC132 up to IEC160. It is also possible to deliver the pump with an optional seal flushing.
